We understand that emergency situations arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Requests received on an emergency/after-hours basis are subject to an after-hours premium fee of 2X the regular hourly rate- a separate charge not included in the retainer hours. They will be performed at the discretion of Carver Concierge and concierge availability.
As a note, we observe the following holidays and do not provide services:
President’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following
Christmas week through the beginning of January- dates vary annually, but we will notify you.
